There have been no changes to your customer account and you will see no interruption to any outstanding orders, quotes or balances.
Have my login details changed?
You will need to set a new password on your web login if you had one for either the SciChem or EduLab websites.
Please use the “lost your password?” link on our login page to create a new password. If for any reason your email is unrecognised please use the register new account form or get in touch.
Can I still see my orders from the old website?
After logging in to your account you can view your complete order history by clicking on “Orders” from your account dashboard.
I’m not in the education sector, can I still use VITTA Education?
If you are an industrial or business customer please use our dedicated VITTA Scientific website where you will find the experience has been tailored for you.
Have your company details changed?
Only our company name has changed, if you require a copy of our certificate of name change or confirmation of any other details please contact us.
